Lead Octoate proposed by us is a through drier, and is always utilized as top or active drier. This type chemical product promotes hard and through drying during the film. Whenever utilized along with Calcium Octoate or cobalt, it is ideal chemical to add Calcium Octoate first in order to eradicate possibility of Lead Octoate for reacting along with unreacted pthalic anhydride of alkyd resin, which might form Lead Pthalate. Moreover, Lead Octoate is also utilized in combination with Manganese to produce tough film in exterior paints and floor finishes.
